STANDARD PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

RAW VIETNAMESE HAIR

If you are ordering Raw Vietnamese Hair, including our Bombshell Curly texture, please allow 1–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Our Raw Vietnamese Hair is made to order and crafted with over 150g of thick, full raw hair. Due to the custom preparation and high demand for these textures, additional processing time may be required.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order has finished processing, it will then be shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Make sure your name, street address, apartment/unit/suite number, city, state, and ZIP code are correct.

TRAP LUXURY is not responsible for delays or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. Tracking may not update immediately after your shipping confirmation is sent.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping typically takes approximately 3–4 business days after processing is complete.

Please understand that weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
